How construction works
A Harvester attunes the site for two seconds, then is free to leave. The structure finishes itself at half assembly speed; extra workers cannot accelerate it.
Foundations start at 10% health and gain health as work progresses. Damage is retained at completion. Buildings block both armies; destroying one opens the route immediately.
