Has its own paid queue and needs catalyst. Aircraft cannot capture control points; maintain a ground army and anti-air cover.

How construction works
Workers stay beside the structure throughout assembly. Up to three workers add their full work rate; leaving pauses their contribution.
Foundations start at 10% health and gain health as work progresses. Damage is retained at completion. Buildings block both armies; destroying one opens the route immediately.
